"Le Train du Bas-Berry est un authentique train touristique et historique qui circule sur une partie de la célèbre voie métrique de Le Blanc à Argent-sur-Sauldre. Les gares, une partie de la ligne, des passages à niveaux et du matériel roulant sont protégés au titre des Monuments Historiques en raison de leur intérêt sur le plan de l’histoire et de la technique des anciens chemins de fer ruraux. Ce train est exploité par la S.A.B.A., association de bénévoles qui s’emploie à entretenir et sauvegarder ce remarquable patrimoine ferroviaire sous une forme vivante et attractive."

The stations, part of the line, level crossings and equipment are protected by the Historic Monuments because of their interest in the history and technique of the old rural railways.This train is operated by the SABA, association of volunteers who works to maintain and safeguard this remarkable railway heritage in a lively and attractive form.
