This bicycle tender is shaped like a buffalo (or bison, if you prefer). It stands on the sidewalk in front of the Boomerang Diner on the southwest corner of 9th and Main.

Stillwater offers many conveniences for bike riders as this is a popular mode of travel for student of Oklahoma State University.
