Known as Philadelphia's First Vertical Neighborhood, the FMC Tower is a relatively new addition to the Philadelphia Skyline. The 47 story skyscraper includes a combination of office space, retail and residential units vertically stacked like a neighborhood, all in one building between Walnut and Chestnut streets, south of 30th St. Station.
The two main tenants, the University of Pennsylvania and Brandywine Realty Trust, join FMC Corporation in the lower part of the skyscraper. The top 19 floors consist of 268 luxury apartments and extended stay suites who will have one of the best views of the city.
The 28th floor is a shared access area which houses a gigantic swimming pool, a movie theater, a restaurant and a 3D golf simulator, just to name a few of the reasons that no one will want to leave this building.
