This property at 401 E. 9th Avenue is marked Private and visits should be made from a distance.

The AT&SF railroad depot is now the National Headquarters of the Kappa Kappa Psi and Tau Beta Sigma Band fraternity and sorority. This caboose is a standard cupola vehicle on display west of the depot. The caboose is marked DT&I 99. The Railfan website indicates that the identification D&TSL is under the current paint. The Detroit, Toledo & Ironton Railroad operated from 1905 to 1983 in the Ohio and Michigan area. It was assimilated into the Grand Trunk Western Railroad in 1983. A portion of that line still operates for industrial use only. This caboose was moved in 2006, and a dedication plaque next to the caboose indicates it was dedicated on July 26, 2014.
