This is a one-story, dark brick building with a full basement. It was built in 1933 and served as a post office until 1978. During the 1980's the building housed various professional offices and other businesses, and became known as the Postal Plaza. In 2010, Oklahoma State University purchased the building which now houses the OSU Museum of Art, also referred to as the Postal Plaza Gallery.

The building is in the Colonial Revival style and has a very formal appearance. The main entrance is located in a projected bay and consists of double glass doors with gold-looking metal framing. The doors are beneath a tall limestone surround with an arched top, and an eagle displayed. This entrance is flanked by four similar arches with segmented wood-framed window panes and large arched fanlights. The arches are formed with soldier bricks. A wide concrete staircase leads to the entrance, which is flanked by the original metal lamp post lighting.

The roof is hipped with a narrow strip of clay tiles, and balustrades. Concrete belt courses. Windows other than those in the entrance bay are segmented, wood-framed square openings, with keystones and panels of white brick above each unit. An extension was added to the north in the 1960's. There is a large marble cornerstone at the southeast corner which reads:

William H. Wootin
Secretary of the Treasury
James A. Farley

Lawrence Robert Jr.
Assistant Secretary of the Treasury
James A. Wetmore
