[FR] Ce projet est le fruit d'une gestation de 17 ans, nécessaire pour acquérir le foncier (l'État, propriétaire du terrain, ne voulait pas vendre) et obtenir l'autorisation de l'architecte des Bâtiments de France (car situé en bordure de l'hyper-centre, à proximité de la Cathédrale).
Cap Mail héberge 45 appartements. Le projet a été présenté au public le 16 septembre 2010. La livraison de l'immeuble s'est finalement déroulée dans le courant du 1er trimestre 2015.
[EN] 17 years were need to acquire the state owned land (the government did not want to sell), and obtain the authorization of the Bâtiments de France architecte (because of its location near the historical city center near the Cathedral).
There are 45 apartments in the Cap Mail building. The public hearing occured on September 16, 2010. The final delivery of the building occured during the first quarter of 2015.
