The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is in the Red Deer Alberta Stake with only the Innisfail Ward meeting here. Bishop Woodruff precises over the services.
The church is light tan brick with a large white spire on top of the roof. Most of the perimeter of the church property is tree lined with large maple and pine trees. Innisfail like so many surrounding communities is surrounded by farms and crop fields. With deciduous trees abundant in the area it is very beautiful during the fall.
