This beautiful iron gate at the entrance to the neighborhood is located on Sugar Hill Dr, just past the turn-around. This is a double door gate which opens towards the houses. There is a security kiosk at the entrance.
Acorns are the theme of this decorative gate. Each side is designed of several oak leaves and a group of three giant acorns. Artist Gino Miles came up with the idea while staying at a nearby farm to check out the location of a buffalo sculpture he was creating. While taking a walk he found an oak leaf and acorn twig, and back at his studio created the larger-than-life leaves and acorns.
