A Bas-Slins, entre Glons et Boirs. A l’angle de la rue de Brus et d’un chemin menant à la campagne de Juprelle, une rare croix, dont la date est estimée à 1860, et qui fut inscrite, en 1992, au Petit Patrimoine populaire de Bassenge sous le n° 123. Dans ces années-là, elle se trouvait dans la prairie en face dénommée « La prairie du Christ ». Mais suite au mauvais état du socle, fissuré, la commune de Bassenge avait alors engagé des frais pour déplacer l’ensemble où il se situe aujourd’hui. Le but étant de la rendre plus visible de la voirie et de la mettre mieux en valeur. Les éléments furent entièrement restaurés par un artisan local. La croix reçu un nouveau socle de pierre bleue spécialement confectionné et taillé aux mesures de l’ancien socle bien que la base de celui-ci fut ronde et non carrée (détruit lors du déplacement). La grande croix fut placée au centre d'une aire qui avait fait l’objet d’aménagements spéciaux dont un ceinturage de bois (aujourd’hui disparu) et le sol fut revêtu de pierrailles. Elle est à vue directe de la voirie. Cette ancienne croix, rare, figurant en bonne place parmi les éléments du Petit Patrimoine populaire bassengeois, est considérée (en 1992 par feu l'historien local Jean Pierre Detrez, auteur de l’ouvrage Petit Patrimoine Populaire de Bassenge - comme étant la plus grande croix de la région. Elle fait 2,61 m sur 0,91 m.

Situated Bas-Slins, between Glons and Boirs. At the corner of rue de Brus and a path leading to the countryside of Juprelle, a rare cross, whose date is estimated at 1860, and which was inscribed, in 1992, at the Petit Patrimoine populaire de Bassenge under the name of 123. In those years, she was in the meadow opposite called "The meadow of Christ." But following the bad state of the base, cracked, the town of Bassenge had then incurred costs to move the whole where it is located today. The goal is to make it more visible from the road and to enhance it. The elements were completely restored by a local craftsman. The cross received a new base of blue stone especially made and cut to the measures of the old base although the base of it was round and not square (destroyed during the displacement). The large cross was placed in the center of an area that had been the subject of special arrangements including a belting of wood (now disappeared) and the ground was covered with stones. It is in direct view of the road. This ancient cross, rare, figuring prominently among the elements of the Petit Patrimoine populaire bassengeois, is considered (in 1992 by the late local historian Jean Pierre Detrez, author of the book Petit Patrimoine Populaire de Bassenge - as the largest cross in the region. It is 2.61 m by 0.91 m.
