The Scouts - Federation of Baden-Powell Scouts of Belgium, or simply Scouts, formerly known as Federation of Catholic Scouts (F.S.C.) and then Belgian Catholic Federation of Baden-Powell Scouts, is the largest Scout association in French-speaking and German-speaking Belgium.

This monument is dedicated to young people and scout organizers who fell during the Second World War.

On the central part

FR Les Scouts – Fédération des Scouts Baden-Powell de Belgique, ou simplement Les Scouts, précédemment appelée Fédération des Scouts Catholiques (F.S.C.) puis Fédération catholique des Scouts Baden-Powell de Belgique, est la plus importante association scoute en Belgique francophone et germanophone.

Ce monument est dédié aux jeunes gens et organisateurs scouts tombés tombés durant la seconde guerre mondiale.
