This new 7-11 replaces the very small one that was about 1/4 mile south on Coltrane. The new building is huge, with lots of gas pumps and parking. Signage is everywhere, advertising pizza, food and of course cold drinks.
According to the notes from the City Council meeting:
There are a total of 37 parking spaces provided and six bicycle spaces provided, for the 5200 square foot building.
