Located in Sturdivant Park is a veterans memorial comprised of a few plaques and flagpoles. One of the plaques reads:

COQUILLE ROTARY CLUB,br>DEDICATED
JULY 4, 1999
HONORING ALL VETERANS

The local Boy Scouts chapter also was part of this dedication and there is a large Boy Scouts of America symbol made of concrete in front of the memorial.
