Königlich-Sächsische Meilenstein im Ortszentrum von Mehltheuer. Aufgestellt im Jahr 1864; Erneuert nach 1990. Die Höhe der Säule aus hellem Kalkstein beträgt rund 1,80 Meter. Beidseitig ist die sogenannte 'Sächsiche Königskrone' sowie die Entfernungen zu mehreren Orten im Vogtland zu sehen.

Royal Saxon milestone in the center of Mehltheuer. Erected in 1864; Renewed after 1990. The height of the pale limestone pillar is approximately 1.80 meters. Both sides show the so-called 'Sächsiche royal crown'.
