A lovely memorial for those locals of the Wisemans Ferry district who served in World War One.

On the northern face of the War Memorial is a large polished black marble tablet with white engraving, and the following wording:

[Immediately below this Honour Roll there is the inscription for the 'Post WW2' Conflict of Afghanistan, with two names listed.] Immediately to the south of the Cenotaph Memorial is another (short) obelisk, with a tablet to commemorate the Waler horses, that became well known by the Australian Light Horse Brigades.
