Masonic Lodge 41 of Comanche was chartered in 1891 under Indian Territory. This lodge was constructed in 1922. All of the windows are boarded up, and the building appears to be vacant, however, it is still listed as the address of the Lodge.
This is a two-story red brick building with a flat roof and a stepped parapet. The building faces west and is addressed 114 N. 2nd. All of the double windows on both levels have vinyl siding covering them. There is a basement, and its windows are filled with concrete block. Eight steps lead to the main entrance, which is a single door with wood paneling over the sidelights and transom. Two belt courses of standing brick surround the building above the basement and first floor windows.
The facade has an indented front on both levels. The entrance is located under a slightly projected brick surround. On the upper level are two brick framed panels and at the center is a small round window surrounded by brick and keystones.
There is a marble cornerstone located on the southwest corner of the building which reads:
Comanche Lodge No. (Emblem) 41 A.F. & A.M. Mar. 28, 1922
