"Les pompiers de Paris sont à pied d’œuvre pour circonscrire un début d’incendie au nouveau tribunal de la porte de Clichy.
Incendie sans gravité mais gros moyens. Les pompiers sont à pied d’œuvre à la nouvelle cité judiciaire des Batignolles (XVIIe). Un feu s’est déclaré sur la terrasse au 24e étage de ce palais de justice fraîchement construit et livré porte de Clichy à la place du Palais de l’Île de la Cité (IVe), désormais vide.
Une épaisse fumée blanche s’échappait en milieu d’après-midi de l’immeuble en verre, visible dans tout le quartier et du périphérique nord. Vers 16 heures, la situation était sous contrôle.
Selon une source proche du dossier, l’incendie pourrait avoir été causé par l’incendie d’une armoire électrique.
L’immeuble qui abrite le tribunal, avec les procureurs, juges, avocats et personnel administratif et judiciaire, a été partiellement évacué."
