Coming from Lithgow to Bell along Chifley Road is the best way to catch this Elevation waymark, as it is on the eastern side of the two-lane road.

Bell is a small residential village, high on the Blue Mountains plateau, at the junction of Bells Line of Road, Chifley Road, and The Darling Causeway (which heads south to Mount Victoria). It is approximately 125 km west from Sydney, and 20 km east of Lithgow. It is named after Archibald Bell Jr., who mapped the route from Richmond over Mount Tomah to the Bell area with assistance from Aboriginal guides. [ex-Wikipedia: (visit link) ]
