Wanderschild "Bleicheröder Berge und Umgebung". Start und Ende sind nicht zwingend am Schild. Ihr könnt die BB-Runde an jedem Punkt beginnen und beenden. Plant für die BB-Runde etwa 3 Stunden ein !
Auf der Bleicheröder Berge und Umgebung möchten ich Euch auf eine kleine Wanderung schicken. Eine gewisse Grund-Fitness und festes Schuhwerk werden empfohlen, da es auf den Wanderwegen teils steil bergauf und bergab geht. Ihr werdet aber mit schönen Aussichtspunkten belohnt. Die Bleicheröder Berge (auch Bleicheroder Berge genannt) sind der bis 460,8 m hohe, südöstliche Ausläufer des Ohmgebirges im nördlichen Thüringen. Die zumeist stark bewaldeten Bleicheröder Berge befinden sich auf der Nahtstelle der Landkreise Eichsfeld und Nordhausen zwischen Buhla und Kraja im Norden, Bleicherode im Osten, Sollstedt im Süden, Breitenworbis im Südwesten und Haynrode im Nordwesten. Sie erheben sich zwischen dem Krajaer Bach (Bode-Zufluss) und der Bode im Norden und der Wipper im Süden. Im Südosten befindet sich die Hainleite, im Süden der Dün und etwas südwestlich breitet sich der Naturpark Eichsfeld-Hainich-Werratal aus. Zu den Bergen und Erhebungen der Bleicheröder Berge gehören: Ziegenrück (mit 460,8 m über NN höchster Berg der Bleicheröder Berge), Krajaer Kopf (südlich von Kraja), Egelskopf (nördlich von Wülfingerode), Gebraer Kopf (nordwestlich von Obergebra), Windolfskopf (Standort der ehemaligen Löwenburg westlich von Bleicherode) und Teichkopf (nördlich von Sollstedt). Als eigenständige Berge werden den Bleicheröder Bergen noch hinzugerechnet: Hasenburg (nördlich von Buhla), Haarburg (Standort der ehemaligen Harburg, südöstlich von Haynrode) und der Hubenberg (südwestlich von Buhla).
