This is almost an abstract scene, with multi-colours and shapes of pieces. It looks like it could represent a fishing boat and net, with a setting sun. There is definitely a fish represented, and what I first thought was a pair of 'Papal' crossed keys. As there is no record found as to when the Church was built, it is even harder to know when the Light was installed.
