[EN] This climbing wall is located on the side wall of Intersport Lange on Marktstraße in Soltau.
On this climbing wall young and old can prove their own strength and skill. The goal is to boulder the wall from left to right only with the help of the grip and step possibilities of a single color.
This climbing wall is part (station 13) of the "Spielraum Soltau" concept:
"Soltau's play space is as multi-layered as the discs of the top!
Successful building blocks of the new mission statement are
The players: Everyone can play, young or old, citizens or visitors. Everyone should be encouraged to experience playing as a great happiness. Many people have already made it their business to pass this idea on to other people. The predominantly honorary commitment finds great recognition and helps Soltau on the way to a better future.
the scope: not only the spatial aspects play a role here. In a first step, the lively city centre, the nearby Soltau thermal baths and the centrally located games museum Soltau belong to the Spielraum Soltau; in further development steps, additional portals and squares will be created.
the objects: Here it concerns primarily the play objects in the city center. It is played with all sensory organs: touching, looking, sniffing, discovering - there are so many terms for it, but they all have one thing in common: making people curious, inviting them to stay - and of course becoming active! Take time to play. An object catalogue gives an insight into the fantasy of the actors, take a look inside
identity: Soltau has not only given itself a new mission statement on paper. Soltau will identify with the new mission statement in all areas. The sports club, the day care centre, the entrepreneur and many more."
