"Max V. Shaul State Park is getting two new bathroom/shower buildings! Unfortunately, due to construction, 2018 will be a reduced camping season. The campground will open on June 21, 2018 for select sites. "
"Max V. Shaul State Park is a small, quiet camping area with 30 wooded tent and trailer sites. The park has shady picnic grounds, as well as playing fields and a playground. There is a nature and hiking trail, fishing is allowed in Panther Creek and winter visitors can cross-country ski. Also, a car top boat/fishing access trail to the Schoharie Creek was established in 2011."
