The picture dates from 1956 and shows the view from the Brasert monument next to the "Alte Zoll" to the landing stages of the excursion ships, the Rhine promenade and the Siebengebirge.
Today, the two high-rise buildings dominate the horizon, the "Lange Eugen" and the "DHL Tower", and the vegetation at the lookout point has strongly increased.
