A Classical Revival two-storied stone structure faced in brick, with cast stone and ceramic tile ornamentation.


The entrance is identified by a a cast stone carving of a saddle and a longhorn. The parapets at the building ends have pediments with patterns of horse and cows heads human figures and shields.
