I was able to prove via
Ancestry.com that Justina Newton Thomas lived to be 100 (barely). She was born January 11, 1905 and died either March 11 or March 13. She shares a headstone with her husband, James. They were married on August 17, 1927 which is etched on their headstone. An Oregon Death Index lists Justina as having passed in the state of Washington and her last place of residence in Hillsboro, OR.
