"Maurice Corp ran the house, with his sister Babs Main from 1985.
A decorated bottle of Pusses Navy Rum was kept behind the bar by Mr Corp - with the instructions `Only to be opened over my dead body' . He died aged 73 and the contents of the bottle were due to be sampled 23.02.1998"
