This covered bridge is located west of Bradford, Pennsylvania off W Washington Street. The bridge is named after Erik Lee Benjamin and was built in 2004. The bridge crosses over the dam at the Number Three Reservoir and is part of the Marilla Bridges Trail.

The bridge itself is unpainted and wooden on top of a steel girder frame with a shingled roof.
