About 3 miles west is the Farmer Community Hall. Here, North and South Division Roads leave Highway 2, headed, respectively, north and south. A quarter mile north up North Division is a small weigh scale, with scale house, on the east side of the road, at an intersection. The benchmark is set flush in the northeast corner of the pad surrounding the scale.
