En France une pharmacie est uniquement un endroit où "des médecins en pharmacie" vendent :
* des médicaments dont ils ont contrôlés les dosages et interactions possibles entre les différents traitements d'une même personne.
* des produits dits de parapharmacie : savons, ambre solaire, pansements, ...
* des accessoires de santé : cannes, béquilles, minerve de cou, talonnettes pour chaussures, ...
* des médicaments destinés aux animaux de compagnies (chats, chiens, perroquets, canaris, ...) prescrits par des médecins vétérinaires.
La loi française interdit d'y proposer un bar ou un autre service sans rapport direct avec la médecine (humaine ou animale).

* health accessories: canes, crutches, neck braces, heel pads for shoes, ...
* medicines intended for pets (cats, dogs, parrots, canaries, ...) prescribed by veterinary doctors.
The French law forbids to propose a bar or another service without direct relation with the medicine (human or animal).
