Since March 1994, the Lustspielhaus is located in this listed former parish house of St. John's Church.
With a capacity of 350 seats, 280 performances and 70,000 guests per year, Alma Hoppes Lustspielhaus is the stage for a political - satirical cabaret in Hamburg. The program is for the most part contested by the house ensemble, the cabaret Alma Hoppe, with its own house productions.
But there are also artists from all over Germany from the fields of comedy and cabaret, who give guest performances on this stage.
