The man on the far left breathing fire lets you know the food is spicy!
In the middle is a Cajun band - a frog, a dog, a beaver and a turtle all in a rowboat in the swamp. Hopefully that means there is good music along with your meal. On the right are the masks for Marti Gras, a man with a cooler filled with ice, beer and a watermelon, there is an alligator riding a float, and there is an old building with 300 Bourbon above it. In the very background is a stadium with a pennant saying Saints.
