"La nouvelle passerelle piétonne construite sur la Têt à hauteur du théâtre de l'Archipel sera inaugurée le jour de la fête de la musique. Certains l'ont déjà empruntée.
Elle est terminée depuis plusieurs semaines déjà, et dans le quartier du théâtre de l'Archipel, on s'impatiente un peu...
Ce retard dans l'ouverture de la passerelle piétonne et cycliste construite sur la Têt alimente même toutes les rumeurs. Des problèmes de sécurité sur les câbles, un ouvrage qui ne résisterait pas à la tramontane au delà de 80 km/h... Rien de tel ! La passerelle va enfin ouvrir officiellement, l'inauguration est annoncée pour le 21 juin, le jour de la fête de la musique.

Alors c'est vrai que ce chantier a pris du retard, le maire annonçait la mise en service en début d'année, puis au printemps. Ce sera finalement pour le premier jour de l'été.
Tout est terminé, ou presque , il ne reste qu'à boucler la rampe d'accès côté sud. Mais il est vrai que le chantier a été plus compliqué que prévu. La faute à des règlementations draconiennes qui dépassent parfois l'entendement.
Dernier exemple en date, le réglage de la tension d'un câble, de quoi agacer le maire de Perpignan, Jean-Marc Pujol : "Il parait que c'est toujours très compliqué d'ajuster les câbles, on m'a montré une vidéo avec un câble qui n'a aucune importance sur la solidité de l'ouvrage qui bougeait, j'ai dit "mais où est le problème ?".
