I'm guessing it's a brass sundial mounted on a stone column on the walkway thru the Rose Garden in the Fort Worth Botanic Garden. The gnomon, which casts a shadow onto the dial, is broken. The column is decorated with cherubs and flowers. There is no plaque or etching stating dates or donors.
