Wie bei Inverted Coastern üblich hängen die Fahrgäste unterhalb der Schiene mit frei baumelnden Beinen. Black Mamba ist die erste B&M-Achterbahn mit einem Inclined Immelmann als Streckenelement. Im Gegensatz zum normalen Immelmann wird dabei keine vollständige Überkopffahrt erreicht und das Element wird daher nicht als Inversion gezählt.
