The circular fountain is contained within an outer circular concrete wall. There are two bronze sculptures of black swans flapping their wings on almost exposed stands towards the rear of the fountain (the Cathedral side of the fountain). The water is bubbling up in front of the swans. Set in concrete on the intersection side of the fountain is a circular bronze disc, with the following:
"* This Fountain was given in Memory of *
Frederick and Irene Doberer
* By their children William and Mary 1991 *"
