This is a beautyful fountain at the 'Stuttgarter Straße' in Weil der Stadt, Germany, Baden-Württemberg. It is called 'Narrenbrunnen' (Fools' Fountain).

This is a beautyful fountain at the 'Stuttgarter Straße' in Weil der Stadt, Germany, Baden-Württemberg. It is called 'Narrenbrunnen' (Fools' Fountain).

The fountain was built in several steps from 1986 until 2004.
The fountain includes all the taditional figures of the 'Weiler Fasnet', which is the local carneval.

The figures have been created by the artist Gerhard Längerer. They consist of copper.
