The building was built in 1914 as the Lincoln Road Methodist Church. In 1925 it became Lincioln Road United Church. In 2015, the United Church Presbytery sold off the church to the Masjid Noor Ul Islam Madrassa and Cultural Centre, which had been in buildings next to the property since 1983.
Since that time, the building has been slowly transformed into an Islamic Place of Worship, with accompanying educational and cultural facets.
The Centre is located at 658 Lincoln Road, in Windsor's northern end.
