This large upright marker is located at the NE side of Spring Park, next to the parking area and the petrified wood displays. This is a beautiful park, with a walking trail around the perimeter, a beautiful light display at the fountain, Cold Water Falls waterfall, and lots of large boulders around with the landscaping.

Text on marker reads:

In Appreciation to
Harvey and Joyce Ann Robbins
Who lived in Tuscumbia during their childhood years
for their unselfish contribution now to the revitalization of downtown Tuscumbia and Spring Park beginning April 26, 2001
