This memorial is located in a triangular unnamed park area at the intersection of Highway 51 and W. Hulbert Landing Road. The area has a concrete walk with several benches dedicated to the veterans listed on the monument. Metal silhouettes show a kneeling soldier and a battlefield cross, and three flags fly above.

This memorial is dedicated to four local men who gave their lives in Viet Nam. Their names are engraved on three sides of a black granite pillar, as well as on a horizontal granite marker lying nearby. The monuments read:
