According to the britishlistedbuildings website the stone pulpit was carved in the late 19th century.

A basic octagonal format with a flight of six stone steps for access. Each face (upper and lower) is carved with a pointed arch, the upper ones containing figures.
Approximate Age of Artefact: late 19th century
