Originally constructed as a bank, this building was a dentist's office at the time the paperwork for the NRHP was done. Then for years it was Cocoamoda Chocolate Boutique. As of April, 2018 it is Double Z Old General Store.

Texas Historic Site Atlas

A one-story masonry structure, its formal neo-classical details are enriched further by the raised parapet above the pressed tin cornice. Distinguished by it corner entrance favored by banks, the entry is emphasized by the Ionic columns which flank the doorway and by the elaborate pedimented entrance.
