A large 5-point star, made of marble on a brick paver bed. Posts in front of the star have medallions from all 5 services. It is situated just west of the pavilion, across the road from the "visitor's hut". Other memorials in the park include: Vietnam, Korea, Gulf War, Marine/WWII.
