Erected in 1930. First State Bank and Trust occupied this structure until 1965, leasing 2nd floor office space to professionals.

Carved geometric and foliated relief indicative of Art Deco style; chevrons distinguish the base from the walls and beginning of the cornice.

Current occupant is Daniel Stark- Injury Lawyers.
