This ghost sign is located on the former Majestic Hotel at 234 E. Cherokee Avenue.

The former Majestic Hotel is a two-story red brick building, with five storefronts on the ground level. The upper floor was the location of the hotel rooms.
The words "MAJESTIC HOTEL" are painted high on the northeast corner of the building. Beneath this ghost another old sign states "Delicious and Refreshing" which may have been part of an old Coca-Cola advertisement. We have been unable to determine the age of the hotel, or what years it operated. The building appears to date from the 1920's or 1930's.
