This beautiful figurative sculpture can be seen at the Tulum Craft Center which is located at the beginning of the road leading to the Tulum archaeological site in Tulum, Mexico.

The bronze sculpture represents a young man with a big hat cutting off the sharp leaves of an agave with a long tool. I suppose he could be a farmer who harvests blue agave from which tequila is made.
