An online obituary on Findagrave.com reads:

Agnes Marie Peltier was born in Legal, Alberta. She had been a resident of Tigard for a number of years. Her father was Henri Casavant and her mother was Libby Bouvier. In 1929 she married John Alfred Peltier, who was born in Minot, N.D., and they had three daughters: Solange French of Edmonds, Bibianne Scheckla of Tigard, and Gabrielle Beal of Tacoma. The Peltiers moved to Victoria, British Columbia, in 1933 so Mr. Peltier could find work. In 1949 they moved to the United States and Mrs. Peltier became a citizen in 1958. They moved several times as John followed his work in dam construction. John and Agnes were married 67 years before Mr. Peltier died in 1996. A homemaker and excellent dressmaker, Agnes made many of the clothes worn by her three daughters. She was strong in her faith and often insisted that she lived this long because she never worried about anything. She was a beloved mother and loving grandmother to 11 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. A rosary will be held in her honor at Young's Funeral Home at 7 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 25, 2011. The funeral Mass will be at St. Anthony Catholic Church at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 26, 2011. Interment will follow at St. Anthony Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Vincent de Paul. Arrangements under the direction of Young's Funeral Home, Tigard.
