At the 'Obere Straße' in Villingen, Germany, Baden-Württemberg is an old foutain located. It is called 'Narro-Brunnen'.

The basin of the fountain is old. The year of creation is unknown.
The fountain in its actual design has been created by Eugen Merz. It was was inaugurated in June 1937.

On top of the fountain is a wooden scupture of a 'Narro' located. This is the famous historic figure of the local carneval or 'Fasnet'.
