CML Snider Elementary School - Wellington, ON - Gender Separated Entrances on Waymarking.com

CML Snider School is an elementary school of approximately 240 students. It conducts classes from kindergarten to grade 8. It was built in 1he 1950's to serve the needs of children in Wellington and the surrounding area. As was the convention of the day, there were separate entrances for Boys and Girls, although classes were integrated. This practice was ended in Ontario schools in the 1960's. However, entrances still remain with gender-specific names.

The Girls entrance is no longer accessible, due to additions. The Boys entrance still carries that title.
