A toposcope on top of Old John Hill, Bradgate Park, indicating the landmarks that can be seen from the summit. It was built by the Parish of Newtown Linford in 1952.
An inscription on the band around the top of the toposcope reads:
"This indicator was given by the people of Newtown Lindford from the proceeds of their pageant of Lady Jane Grey held in the ruins 1951-52".
