"Two men were killed and two others wounded early today when a quarrel at a masquerade party at the Moose club here ended in a shooting spree, the police said. Police Chief Ralph Rich Jr„ identified the dead men as Eldridge Bodenheimer, 41 years old, and William Rose, 22. both residents of this Westmoreland County community. Ray Charles Richter, 28. was arrested a few hours later and charged with the shootings."
That occured at a lodge on Broadway Street. Since that time, the lodge has relocated to this location in the central business district on Pittsburgh Street in the Borough of Scottdale.
