En 1984, une vingtaine de Comités d'Entreprise limougeauds (CAF, Caisse d’Épargne, AS Police, ORTF, RVI, Tennis Enseignants, Legrand, Banque Populaire du Centre, Mairie, Centre Hositalier d'Esquirol, Conseil Général, Préfecture) se sont unis pour former l'Association Centre Tennistique Corporatif Du Bas Fargeas (ACTCBF) qui gère sur le site du Bas-Fageas 8 courts couverts et 9 courts extérieurs.
